Then the decision, and the decision is yours. Accept, reject, change, defer, reorder, reopen.

Accepted work gets built and measured. How long a task takes is recorded before anything switches on, and again after. What survives measurement can be proposed again, only where you permit it.

The path runs in both directions. New conversations can change a proposal. A decision can reopen earlier work.
